About Frank
Frank Began The Pope Law Firm In 2002 And Has Been Practicing In The Areas Of Personal Injury And Medical Malpractice.
Frank grew up in North Carolina. At an early age, he had already decided he wanted to be a lawyer. He began working part-time with law firms while he was in undergraduate school and continued to work with law firms while completing his legal education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school, he also participated in the clinic program which allowed law students to practice law for real claimants in Orange County courts under the supervision of an instructor attorney. Upon completion of law school, Frank moved to Jacksonville, North Carolina where he worked at the law office of Jeffrey Miller and was involved in a multi-disciplined litigation practice in both Federal and State court.
Frank considers himself a courtroom lawyer. He has felt more at home in court than almost anywhere else. As The Pope Law Firm has evolved, Frank became one of the most proficient litigators in not only his hometown but has also expanded to litigate cases for many of his competitors across North Carolina and adjoining States.
Frank believes that serious or catastrophic injury cases are not normally resolved without some sort of court action. Therefore, he prepares each case from the beginning as if it would end up being tried by a jury in the end.
Frank is simply known by the defense law firms as the lawyer that takes cases to court for a lot of different firms.
